This site is a static website — it has no database of its own and no server-side code. Your data only appears in three places: the demo booking form, the chat bubble in the corner, and our self-hosted visitor analytics. Everything below describes what this site actually does.

Who processes your data

Aximora — a company that builds AI growth systems for cross-border merchants, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Every domain named on this page — aximora.co, bridge.aximora.co, chat.aximora.co, analytics.aximora.co — is operated by us.

What the booking form collects

The form has three visible fields. What you type is exactly what we receive:

  • Company or brand name (required, 200 characters max)
  • One way to reach you — WhatsApp, phone or email, your choice (required, 200 characters max)
  • The stage that hurts most (optional, picked from a fixed list)
  • The interface language you were using when you submitted (so we reply in the right one)

There is no account, no password and no payment information. The form also carries one field hidden from humans whose only job is to stop bots; a real visitor never fills it in, and it collects nothing about you.

Where form data goes

When you hit submit, your browser posts it straight to our own endpoint at bridge.aximora.co — a server we run ourselves, hosted in Singapore. The website itself is just static files; it never handles or stores anything.

From there it enters our internal sales follow-up, visible only to the people who handle it. It is used for one thing: replying to you and arranging a demo.

We do not sell it, do not use it to build advertising audiences, and do not use it for cross-site tracking.

The chat bubble

The chat bubble does not connect on its own. Only when you open it and start a conversation do your messages go to our own customer-service system at chat.aximora.co (the same server we run).

That conversation contains whatever you type into it. So the thread survives until your next visit, the system stores a conversation identifier in your browser; clear your browser data and it is gone, and the old thread will not resume.

Visitor analytics

Analytics on this site run on our own self-hosted service at analytics.aximora.co — the same machine — with no third-party analytics provider involved. The data does not leave that server.

  • What is measured: page views, referrer, browser / operating system / device type, and country.
  • The tracking script sets no cookies.
  • No personally identifiable information is collected.
  • On-site events ("form started", "form submitted") carry aggregate dimensions only. Nothing you type into the form ever reaches analytics — that is enforced in the code, not merely promised.

There are no third-party analytics or advertising tags anywhere on this site.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses only the following. All of it is functional; none of it serves advertising or cross-site tracking:

  • ax_push_banner_off (browser local storage) — remembers that you dismissed the notification prompt, so it stays away for 30 days.
  • The chat conversation identifier described above — present only if you have opened a chat.
  • Offline cache (service worker) — keeps pages and images in your browser so return visits are fast and still work on a bad connection. It stores public page content, nothing personal.

Because there is no tracking cookie, this site needs no cookie consent banner and does not have one.

Push notifications (only if you turn them on)

Nothing happens unless you tap "Notify me" and then accept your browser’s permission prompt. At that point your browser creates a push subscription — a URL issued by your browser vendor’s push service, plus a set of keys — and we store it on our own server so we can send you notices about new work. It contains no name and no contact details.

You can switch it off at any time in your browser or system notification settings; once you do, we cannot reach you that way at all.

What we do not do

This section is a commitment and also a description of what the code currently does:

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
  • We use no third-party analytics, no advertising tags and no cross-site behavioural profiling.
  • We do not turn what you leave in the form into an advertising audience.
  • We make no automated decisions about you that carry legal effect.

How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted

Lead records are not on an automatic deletion schedule: they stay in our follow-up workflow until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them. Analytics data sits in a database on our own server, again with no third party involved.

You can ask us to delete your lead record and your chat history at any time. We will do it, and confirm back to you that it is done.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data about you we hold;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your data;
  • withdraw consent you gave earlier (turn notifications off, or ask us to stop contacting you).

We operate in Vietnam. For the personal data of people in Vietnam, these rights are exercised under the Personal Data Protection Law, Luật 91/2025/QH15, together with Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP — both in force since 1 January 2026, replacing Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP. We reply in Traditional Chinese, English or Vietnamese, whichever you write in.

Changes to this policy

When something material changes, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
